Charitible Donation Requests

“Vivio's supports select non-profits and charities. We do what we can on a first-come first-served basis, with a focus on local organizations. Our charity budget is a fixed amount per year and we start considerations directly after the first of the new year. Don’t wait, as we get many requests throughtout the year. Our donation budget year begins in January of each year. Although we would like to donate to everyone, reality requires us to have a fixed budget. Our focus on donating is either our famous Vivio's Bloody Mary Mix or gift cards, whichever is more appropriate. If you have other requirements, please submit them in writing with your request."

Requirements:

1. Recipients must be 501c3 non profit organizations and your IRS letter of proof must be submitted with your request. This is a MUST.

2. Your request must be submitted at least 3 weeks before your event(preferably much sooner!) and must include the above letter, a contact person who will pick up the donation, a brief summary of your organization, how the donation will be used, and a date when you would like to pick it up.

3. We do not donate to political groups, individuals, organizations not based in the USA, individuals seeking pledges, etc.

4. Your submission must be submitted as pdf documents to our email address (info@vivios.net) Please, no walk-in requests.

You will hear from us within two weeks if we are able to donate to your organization. If you need more lead time, please submit your request sooner.
